Manchester United's Yoro and Antony Return to Training
Manchester United welcomes back key players Leny Yoro and Antony to first-team training, offering a significant boost ahead of their Europa League clash against PAOK Thessaloniki and upcoming Premier League challenges.
Manchester United has gained a crucial boost in their injury situation as both Leny Yoro and Antony have rejoined first-team training, according to a report by Daily Mail journalist Chris Wheeler.
Yoro, the French central defender, has been out of action since he fractured his metatarsal in a pre-season friendly match against Arsenal while the squad was in the United States. He has now returned to Carrington to train with his teammates for the first time since his injury.
In addition, Antony, who suffered an ankle injury after being carried off on a stretcher during a Europa League game against Fenerbahce last month, has returned, offering a vital lift for interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy.
On Thursday, Manchester United will take on the Greek team PAOK Thessaloniki in their fourth match of the Europa League season. Interim manager Van Nistelrooy will be eager to clinch his first win in the tournament after previously drawing with Fenerbahce, FC Porto, and Twente in earlier matches.
Although Yoro's comeback might be too early for the match on Thursday given his lengthy time out, there is optimism that he could be available for the Premier League encounter with Leicester City on Sunday.
